Rule 5
Provisions relating to complaints
(1) According to Clause (d) of Section 7 of the Act, when a person files a complaint with the Commission, he may present himself or file a complaint through any other means.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the complaint received by the Commission shall be registered in the registration book.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (1), if a complaint has been submitted in person, the certificate of registration of the complaint shall be made available to the concerned person.
(4) According to sub-rule (1), the information about the registration of the complaint received in the Commission through any other means shall be given to the concerned party through the same means.
(5) In the case of a complaint received by the Commission according to sub-rule (1), if any person presents the evidence in full, the certified copy of the said evidence shall be kept and returned in full to the concerned person.
(6) According to sub-rule (1), the commission will recommend and send it to the relevant body for investigation and investigation.
(7) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (5), the Commission shall keep a complaint which at first sight appears to be misleading, false, fictitious or nonsensical.
